Win a Wedding Prize Draw

The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are planning a wedding or civil partnership. Our staff, their families and anyone professionally connected with the draw can't enter.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entries can only be made on the printed entry cards at the Knights Hill Wedding Fayre on Sunday 18 October 2026.

One entry per person. Couples may enter once each, but the prize can only be won once per couple.

Entries that are incomplete or can't be read, including an email address or mobile number we can't make out, may be disqualified.

You don't need to agree to marketing to enter. Ticking or leaving the "Stay in Touch" boxes has no effect on your chance of winning.

By entering, you accept these terms.

There is one prize: a Wedding Creation Experience for the winning couple, worth £195. It includes:

• a wedding consultation worth £45, in person or by video call, to plan the couple's colours, venue and theme and to agree where the experience will take place
• a guided paint-pouring Creative Experience for the couple, lasting about 2 hours
• up to 6 practice canvas boards (3 each) for trying techniques before the wedding pours
• 6 wedding pour pieces created by the couple: 2 at 9 × 12 inches, 2 at 12 × 32 inches and 2 at 50 × 20 cm. If these exact sizes aren't available, we'll provide the closest alternatives.
• all paints, pouring mediums, aprons and floor protection

Where it takes place. The experience is included at the couple's home, within 30 miles of Stamford. The home needs a clear indoor table space of at least 140 × 80 cm for pouring. After the session we'll take the artwork away to dry at The Jolly Easel, so the couple's home isn't cluttered with drying canvases. Once it's dry and photographed, we'll deliver it and talk through whether the couple would like to use it across their wedding theme.

Choosing another venue. If the couple choose a different venue, any hire charge is theirs to pay directly to the venue. The venue must allow paint-pouring activities.

Travel. Venues more than 30 miles from Stamford may be possible for a travel charge of 55p per mile beyond 30 miles. We'll agree this with the couple in advance.

Optional extras. The couple can buy 2 extra canvases for £50. They can also buy other items on top of the prize, such as turning their artwork into stationery, tableware or signage through the Wedding Creation Package. These aren't part of the prize, and there's no obligation to buy anything further.

Your data. We use entrants' details to run the draw and contact the winner. We only send marketing by the channels you ticked on your entry card, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Entries are kept securely in our customer records and are never sold. Details of anyone who didn't opt in to marketing are deleted within 3 months of the draw. Our privacy notice has full details and explains your rights, including your right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Publicity. We'd love to share the winner's name and photos from their experience, but only if they agree. Saying no won't affect the prize.

Health and safety. Our standard booking terms apply to the experience, including the sections on health, safety, clothing and liability.

Changes. We may change or cancel the draw if something outside our control makes it necessary. If we do, we'll tell entrants as soon as we can.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
